Ortus Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teaching Assistant for a primary school in Feltham. This full-time role, beginning in September, involves providing 1:1 support to a student with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer personalized 1:1 support to a Year 3 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Lead small group interventions to enhance literacy and numeracy skills
• Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and document the student’s progress and development
