Unqualified Learning Support Assistant | Ealing | September 2024

Pay: £425-£500 per day Depending on experience (PAYE)

Location: Ealing Broadway

Role: Full-time, long-term role

Ortus Recruitment is looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to join one of our client schools in Ealing Broadway, London. The mainstream school requires three TAs to support Reception or Year 1 students. Your role will involve one-on-one work with children who have needs such as speech and language difficulties and autism.

The school is situated in a lovely area with numerous restaurants and cafes. Additionally, the primary school is just a stone’s throw away from Ealing Broadway Station, offering excellent transport links. It is also one of the top 20 primary schools in the country and is Ofsted-rated “Outstanding.”

Requirements:

• Knowledge of PECS or SALT (desirable)
• Knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum
• Have SEN Experience
• Must have 3-6 months experience in a primary school or a nursery
• CACHE level 3 or a degree in a relevant subject
• Must be proactive
• Must have a DBS on the update service
