Ortus Recruitment are looking for a Learning Support Assistant in the Bromley area to work within a Pupil Referral Unit. We’re seeking a motivated and resilient individual who is ready to take on a new challenge, working with children who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties (SEMH). You’ll be supporting a group of children in a classroom environment, encouraging positive interactions and helping them build meaningful relationships. These children are ready to develop their skills and learn with the guidance of a supportive Learning Support Assistant.

The resources provided will help develop the children’s learning and ensure they remain engaged during lessons. The children are unable to attend mainstream schools due to behavioural difficulties, which makes building strong relationships with them essential. The staff are experienced professionals who are committed to helping and supporting you throughout your journey. They will ensure you integrate well with the team and provide guidance on building positive relationships with the children.
