We are excited to present a new opportunity in one of our client schools for an Unqualified Teaching Assistant to support amongst KS1. The school is Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ and is located in the heart of Barnet. The successful Unqualified Teaching Assistant will be responsible for organising the classroom, supervising playtime/lunch time, managing behaviour alongside the class teacher and confidently leading interventions in small groups with lower ability children to raise attainment. When needed, you will also be responsible for working on a 1:1 basis with SEN children.
