Learning Support Assistant | Hounslow | Full-time | Year 1 | SEN – ASC Support | September Start

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Year 1 SEN Learning Support Assistant at our school located in the vibrant and diverse borough of Hounslow. The successful candidate will work 1:1 with a pupil who has ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and will be responsible for providing tailored support to meet their individual needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of ASC and experience working with children with special educational needs. They will be patient, understanding, and able to adapt their approach to meet the needs of the pupil. In addition to providing 1:1 support, the Learning Support Assistant will also work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the smooth integration of the pupil into the classroom.
