Ortus Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Year 1 Teaching Assistant for a vibrant primary school in Brentford. This full-time position is set to begin in September and is ideal for those passionate about providing individualized support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a Year 1 student with SEN
• Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Conduct small group interventions in core subjects
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Monitor and report on the pupil’s progress and development
