Main Responsibilities:

• Ability to take initiative, be enthusiastic and confident
• Work alongside class teacher to manage classroom behaviour, keep classroom organised and liaise with parents/carers
• Lead numeracy, phonics and literacy interventions in small groups to raise low attainment levels
• Engage pupils with the KS1 curriculum

Must be able to provide: an enhanced DBS (or willing to apply for one through Ortus Recruitment), proof of Right to Work in the UK and 2 references
