Ortus Recruitment are currently hiring for a Teaching assistant role at a renowned school in Wallington. The successful candidate will be placed in a Year 2 class and will be required to support the students throughout the year.

The school are looking for an individual who is keen on making a difference and having a positive influence on those around them. They would like someone who can share the same values as the school and can be a great addition to their team of staff.

Located in Wallington, the school is nearby many bus stops with fast routes to surrounding areas as well as a local station.

The role:

• Working full time Monday-Friday
• Providing help to students during and outside of lessons
• Helping the class teacher organise and carry out lessons
• Identifying any students who may need additional support

Role requirements:

• Strong knowledge of KS1 curriculum
• Fully enhanced DBS on the update service
• Can provide two references
• Available for full time work
