Are you a highly skilled and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for helping children with special educational needs succeed in their education? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to join our Year 4 team in Hounslow as a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant.

In this role, you will work closely with a child with special educational needs, their class teacher, and SENCO to provide the necessary support and accommodations to help them thrive in their education. You will be responsible for implementing an individualized education plan (IEP) and facilitating the child’s participation in class activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Extensive experience working with children with SEN, including but not limited to autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday during school hours. The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
