Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Year 4 teacher in lesson preparation and delivery
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
• Help manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment
• Support the academic and social development of students through targeted interventions

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to engage and support students effectively
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to classroom support
