SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Ealing, West London – Great transport links from Ealing Broadway Station
School Type: 3-Form Entry Primary School
Contract Type: Full time, Term-Time
Salary: Competitive salary 85-105 per day (Based on experience)

We are currently looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support in our client primary school in Ealing.
Do you have experience being a SEN Teaching Assistant, who has demonstrated providing 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs such as ASD and SLCN? If so, we are currently working alongside a warm and welcoming, mainstream primary school who was graded a “Good” rating through Ofsted.
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilise your experience working with children to provide individualised support
- Assist in implementing educational activities tailored to each child’s needs
- Support the class teacher in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with both students and teaching staff
- Help develop children’s communication skills and promote social interaction through structured activities
- Support pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
About You:
- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or similar role in a primary school setting
- Understanding of SEN strategies and classroom management techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with children
