Ortus Recruitment is currently seeking an outstanding Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partnered mainstream primary schools in Wandsworth, recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and passionate graduate who is eager to make a meaningful difference in children’s education.

The successful candidate will work closely with pupils requiring additional support, helping to manage behaviour and support their learning both in and out of the classroom. This role requires someone who can quickly build strong, professional relationships with students and staff and who is committed to supporting children’s academic and personal development.
