About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support the learning and development of children across Key Stages 1 and 2. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to helping children reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-class support to pupils, individually and in small groups
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Support pupils with additional needs, promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
• Help with classroom preparation, organisation, and administration
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including trips and activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with primary-aged children (either in school, nursery, or youth settings)
• Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be working towards it)
• Be patient, flexible, and proactive
• Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills
• Be passionate about education and child development
