Pay: £93 – £105 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term

About the Role
We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Ealing that is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their support team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity ideal for someone passionate about supporting young people with behavioural and emotional needs.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students who require additional support to manage their behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with behavioural needs
- Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- Support students both inside and outside of the classroom
- Build positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff
- Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people (school, youth work, or similar setting)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Calm, patient, and resilient approach
- Ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds
- A genuine passion for supporting young people
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with students with SEN, SEMH, ADHD, or ASD
- Team Teach or other behaviour management training
