Behaviour Mentor

Ortus Recruitment is currently working closely with a primary school located in the Croydon area who have recently been rates as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This school are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 with a pupil.

The school require this Behaviour Mentor position to begin ASAP and will need someone on an ongoing basis with a view to run through to the end of the school year. There is potential for this role to continue into the next school year, and even develop into a permanent contract for the right staff member.

This is a warm and welcoming school that provides a safe and fun environment for its children, they pride themselves in having an extremely supportive senior leadership team and a friendly & dedicated work force.

The Behaviour Mentor position:

• 1:1 Social and Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Support
• Potential for this role to go permanent
• Full time – long term position
• ASAP start
• Daily rate £75 – £90 per day

• Ability to cope with oppositional behaviours
• Commitment and consistency
