The Role:

As a Classroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting student learning and development:

• Provide targeted support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Support learning in both 1:1 and small group settings, in and out of the classroom
• Assist pupils with physical, behavioural, or learning needs under the direction of the class teacher
• Adapt your support strategies to meet individual learning styles and needs
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment

• Is flexible and able to adapt to a variety of classroom needs
