A friendly and inclusive primary school in Brixton is on the lookout for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team this September 2025. This full-time role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with children, especially those with special educational needs (SEN) or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You’ll be part of a supportive staff team that really values the difference teaching assistants make.

Requirements:

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
• GCSEs (A–C/9–4) in English and Maths
• Experience working in KS1 or KS2
• A patient, caring approach and a genuine interest in helping children of all abilities
• Confidence managing behaviour and supporting classroom routines
• The ability to take initiative and work well as part of a team
• Willingness to get involved in school life – from trips to after-school clubs
