What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher)
• GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a primary school, ideally in Key Stage 1 and/or 2
• A calm, confident presence with strong classroom management skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting children with additional needs (SEN/SEMH)
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to support extra-curricular activities and wider school life
