Location: Thornton Heath, Croydon, Greater London
Salary: £90 – £100 per day (depending on experience)

A primary school in Thornton Heath is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 student with ADHD and mild learning difficulties, ensuring they stay engaged and reach their full potential.
The Role:
- Provide one-to-one classroom support for a Year 6 student with ADHD.
- Implement strategies to help with focus, behaviour regulation, and learning.
- Adapt classroom tasks to suit the student’s learning style and abilities.
- Work with the class teacher and SENCO to implement an EHCP.
- Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social interactions.
About You:
- Experience supporting children with ADHD or additional learning needs is desirable.
- Understanding of behaviour management and engagement strategies.
- A patient, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to SEN support.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff and parents.
