Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support for SEN pupils
- Support teachers in adapting and delivering differentiated learning materials
- Help manage behaviour, social interactions, and emotional regulation
- Track pupil progress and contribute to intervention planning
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN in schools or similar settings
- Calm, patient, and empathetic personality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Relevant education/childcare qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent) are beneficial
- Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply
