Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group support for SEN pupils
• Support teachers in adapting and delivering differentiated learning materials
• Help manage behaviour, social interactions, and emotional regulation
• Track pupil progress and contribute to intervention planning
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN in schools or similar settings
• Calm, patient, and empathetic personality
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant education/childcare qualifications (Level 2/3 or equivalent) are beneficial
• Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply
