Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with behaviour management and classroom participation
- Implement intervention strategies designed by the SENCo and behaviour leads
- Deliver small group and 1:1 support sessions
- Help foster a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
- Liaise with staff and parents/carers to track progress
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in supporting children with behavioural or SEMH needs
- Resilient, patient, and calm under pressure
- Confident managing challenging behaviours positively and consistently
- Experience in primary education preferred
- Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to apply)
