Job Summary
We are a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Croydon seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in September 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and child development, whether you’re an experienced TA or exploring a career in teaching.

Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in daily classroom activities.
• Work one-on-one or with small groups of pupils, including those with SEN.
• Assist with lesson preparation, displays and learning resources.
• Promote positive behaviour and ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
• Provide emotional and academic support to students.

Requirements

• Experience working with children (school, tutoring, childcare, etc.) preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, caring and enthusiastic attitude.
• Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK and pass an enhanced DBS check.

• Monday to Friday
