About the Role:

You will work under the direction of class teachers and senior leaders to provide high-quality classroom support, helping children to reach their full potential academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is looking to develop their career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teaching and learning of pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
• Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
• Provide additional support to pupils with SEND or EAL needs
• Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and displays
• Promote positive behaviour and contribute to the overall ethos of the school
• Support pupils during break times, on trips, and with extracurricular activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with primary-aged children in an educational or childcare setting
• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or be working towards it)
• Be enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing
• Be able to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
• Show a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
