Year 1 Behaviour Mentor | Immediate Start | Ealing Broadway | £95 – £110 PAYE

We are currently in search of an experienced behaviour mentor to provide one-on-one support for a child in Year 1 at one of our client schools situated in the lively district of Ealing Broadway, London. The school is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from Ealing Broadway station and enjoys a surrounding area adorned with parks, restaurants, and delightful cafes.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in managing behaviour, particularly in a school setting, and will be adept at providing tailored support to meet the individual needs of the child. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of a young student while contributing to the supportive ethos of the school community

The role:

• One-to-one supporting a child in year 1
• Able to manage their behaviour
• Running interventions with them
• Helping them with their speech and language
• Working alongside the Sendco and class teacher

Requirements:

• Experience managing behaviour
• Work Experience as a Behaviour mentor, Security, and Prison Guard (desirable)
• A valid DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
• Able to work Full time Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
